Laura made us feel comfortable and welcomed. Cannot believe how good the photos are- considering my children were not playing ball at all. And how quickly Laura got the photos to us- especially as she has a ‘dinky little dot’ herself to look after! Every family photography session is carefully tailored to each client, ensuring a truly bespoke experience. With a variety of color palettes and a thoughtfully curated, simple yet stunning wardrobe for women, the creative possibilities are endless! Your gallery will feature timeless, artistic images that beautifully complement your family’s unique skin tones and the style of your home.

Before your session, we’ll collaborate during a complimentary consultation to plan every detail. This allows you to feel fully prepared and confident, knowing your portraits will exceed expectations and become cherished pieces of art for your home.

I have a few photography sessions with Laura over the last couple of years, from maternity, newborn, family, birthday sessions for 2 children. I have 4 children all young, so you can imagine it's absolutely manic! Laura has ALWAYS been understanding, kind and lots of patience! My children feel comfortable around her (which means we feel at home to run about a bit and cause havoc sometimes) despite this Laura has always managed to get stunning photos that I will treasure forever, thank you so much.

Pricing

You will be invited back to my studio one to two weeks after your session to view your final gallery of approximately 20 beautifully enhanced and fully edited images. It’s at this point when you may decide which package you may want to purchase.

At Dinky Little Dot, your family photoshoot itself is free to attend — there’s no session fee to come along, relax, and have beautiful images taken of your baby in my cosy St Ives studio. You’re under no obligation to purchase a single image if you don’t wish to.

To secure your booking, a £50 non-refundable retainer is required. This isn’t a charge for the session — it simply holds your spot in my diary and will be deducted from any order you choose to make. If you decide not to purchase any images at all (which is absolutely fine), you won’t owe anything further — but your retainer won’t be refunded, as that time has been reserved just for you.

Should you fall in love with your images (and most families do), you’re welcome to choose from my carefully curated packages. If you’d prefer to order just a few images or prints rather than a full package, there is a minimum order fee of £549 for à la carte purchases. This covers the time and care involved in preparing, processing, and delivering your final images, prints, and digital files.

My aim is always to keep the process relaxed, enjoyable and totally pressure-free — so you can simply focus on making memories with your family.

  • 5 high resolution, fully edited photos supplied via email download

*Should there be more images in your final gallery on the viewing day, they are available to purchase at £30 per digital file.

All of the images are printed onto the best quality paper. In addition to the prints you receive within your chosen package, you can order additional prints of your favourite photos. I offer professional grade prints as standard.

Your digital images are presented in high resolution on a USB drive. The digital file collections all include printing rights.

I understand that having the flexibility of buying the digital files allows you to produce prints, enlargements and albums. However, I firmly believe that the beautiful images we are going to create deserve to be displayed using only the best quality products.
