Our Santa
This is the 4th year we’ve welcomed our professional Santa to the studio. With his realistic suit, gentle and friendly nature, and wealth of experience, he has a gift for winning over even the most unsure children. He’s DBS checked, highly skilled at creating magical interactions, and never rushes a visit.

Your Santa Experience Styling Guide will be sent four weeks before your session, but here’s a quick preview:

- Choose co-ordinating colours (2–3 tones) rather than matching for timeless images
Location & Parking
Dinky Little Dot Photography Studio
St Ives, Cambridgeshire — just a short drive from Cambridge, Huntingdon, St. Neots & surrounding villages.
The closest parking is at Waitrose or the Dolphin Hotel, both just a few minutes’ walk away. We have space inside the studio to safely store prams.

Santa is experienced with children of all temperaments and takes a gentle, patient approach. There’s no pressure — we focus on building comfort before any posed photos.
Yes! This is the same Santa our returning families know and love — many children genuinely believe he’s the real one.
Absolutely. We capture sibling shots, individual portraits, and family moments too.
Sessions are tightly scheduled – Santa is a busy man – so please arrive a few minutes early and enjoy the reindeer food activity to settle little ones in before we head up to the studio. Late arrivals may have less time with Santa, but we’ll always do our best.
You’ll have an online viewing appointment the following week to see your gallery, choose your included 3 images, and purchase any extras you love (starting from £25).
